February Events at the Matthews

January 30, 2020

COMING UP AT THE MATTHEWS

If you love community theater then February is the month for you!

This month we have not one, but TWO community theater shows taking the stage. First our comedy “Dearly Beloved,” followed up by the bluegrass musical “Bright Star.” If you’re looking for an awesome date idea around Valentine’s Day, a community theater performance is the perfect way to celebrate with your loved one.

For those of you interested in acting, we have more auditions! Our April community theater show “Stepping Out” is holding auditions (Don’t worry, dancing skills are NOT required).

Our February Bellman features some more community performers, our incredible Matthews Opera House Reader’s Theater group! They will be sharing hilarious and heartwarming stories that you won’t want to miss.

Finally, we will finish up the month with the Black Hills Film Festival. Our evening session on the 25th will feature four incredible, independent films and admission is only $10!
