Author Visit with Mary Buchholz

Mary is a life-long resident of the northern Black Hills area. Her family arrived in Harding, Colorado in 1890s and later settled in Belle Fourche. Her long-time passion is family history (genealogy) and area history. As a volunteer at the Tri-State Museum in Belle, she was the author of “ Image of America’s History of Belle Fourche.”

Mary has also published a family history book using Lulu Publishing on the internet.

This is a FREE event presented by ArtCentral SpearfishRecommended for ages 15 and up. Younger children may attend but must be accompanied by an adult.

The event takes place in the ArtCentral RE:create makerspace in The Matthews’ art gallery.
