COMING UP AT THE MATTHEWS
Hello all and Happy May! Have you been enjoying the nice weather as much as we have?
While we still aren’t able to host events in our theater, we do have some great news! Our gallery is back to normal hours! That means we will be open Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm.
Additionally, we have several events this month that you can enjoy from home! First is our Stay at Home Sellout fundraiser on May 5. We’ll be ending that evening with the next episode of our MOH at Home: Virtual Songbook.
We also are in the middle of an open call for artists to display their works in our gallery throughout the rest of the year. If you are an artist (or know one) please consider filling out our application!
Finally, for writers in our area, we are hosting a Short Story Contest throughout the month of May. There are cash prizes available and we are looking for participants of all ages!

Cheers,
The Matthews Staff

May 5 | A Giving Tuesday Now Fundraiser
$15 Donations
Art doesn’t stop just because we can’t have events. Through our gallery and virtual events, we have been able to share some of these works with you, but we need your help to make sure we can keep doing what we’re doing now and in the future.
That’s why, on May 5, we are putting together a special Giving Tuesday NOW fundraiser! We want to have a “sold out” show, even if no one will actually be in our theater. Find out more.
