Festival in the Park is the largest arts, crafts, and music festival in the Black Hills area! With over 20,000 annual attendees, it’s a great place for arts and food vendors alike!
What’s New for 2026
Booth Numbering: We’ve redesigned the booth numbering system to improve flow and make it easier for vendors and attendees to navigate the festival. The layout itself stays the same, but booths will be renumbered using a single system flow for better clarity. This change helps everyone find booths more easily and creates a smoother traffic flow throughout the park. The 2026 map can be found below.

Application Deadline: April 3 (Midnight)
Vendor Notification: By April 10
Booth Changes Window: Through May 15. After May 15th all booth placements will be final.
